A mystery shopper is someone who is paid to visit an establishment such as a retail store, bank, or restaurant, for the purpose of measuring the customer experience. Most mystery shoppers sign up with a company that coordinates the assignments. When you are given an assignment as a mystery shopper, you will be given details on conducting your visit.
