You will be required to take part in one of the groups. The group you take part in will depend on your menstrual cycle.
You will also need to attend the unit on Day 21 of your menstrual cycle. Screening will take approximately 1½ hours, (You will be requested to fast for 4 hours prior to screening – Nil by mouth except plain water)

The effect of ready-to-eat cereal snack replacement on weight management. | | Aim of Study | This trial aims to assess the effects of consuming cereal in the evenings on weight management. | | Inclusion Criteria | We are looking for overweight volunteers (BMI 25-32) who habitually snack in the evenings to take part in this study. The effect of potato proteinase inhibitor II (PI2) in a minidrink on satiety, food intake and cholecystokinin (CCK) in healthy volunteers | | Aim of Study | This trial aims to assess the effects of different foods on appetite. | | Inclusion Criteria | We are looking for healthy male and female volunteers (BMI 21-30) with normal eating habits. Male and female volunteers are sought, aged between 18-65 years. | | Area | Leatherhead and surrounding areas - Ashtead, Dorking, Epsom, Ewell, Sutton, Cobham or Guildford in Surrey | | Duration | You will be asked to attend up to six different sessions which involve consumption of both breakfast and lunch at LFI.
