PATIENT VOLUNTEERS : You will need to be mobile and your condition must not be such that it will effect your abilities to participate . Aim of Study Service Checkers visits retail traders, restaurants, banks, petrol stations etc. and behaves like any normal customer.
The results of such checks make it possible for their clients to improve and refine their sales training programs and customer service.
Inclusion Criteria Completed reports must be returned by a set date.
Clients normally demand Service Checkers of a specified type (e.g. it should be a 50 year old man with glasses, average income and should visit "XY" optician or it should be a 25 year old student who should go to "Z" clothing store, and so on).
