Payment procedure:
* Since November 2005 Catalyst operates a credit transfer system directly into your bank account. The benefits to you are: quicker transfer of payment, no more cheques lost in the post, no more queuing at the bank, verified payment and a new fee acknowledgement form!.
* In order to be paid directly into your bank account, you must provide us with correct bank details (full name on account, sort code, account number and branch).
* Mystery Shoppers who have given us their correct bank details are paid by the middle of the following month after the shop is completed, i.e. shops completed in January will be paid in the middle of February.
* Mystery Shoppers will receive a fee acknowledgement form in an email which needs to be printed out, signed and returned to Catalyst by post or fax. The fee acknowledgement form states the shop name, location, date and it also shows the fee for the shop. If a purchase was required as part of the shop, it will show you how much you are reimbursed.
* Please check your bank account or post for payment. If you have not received payment, please notify us by email.

* I will not introduce myself as a mystery shopper to the business being shopped unless given specific instructions by the shopping company
* I will not accept a mystery shopping assignment for a business that I, my family or friend work for
