Studies are undertaken in our Human Nutrition Research Unit at Randalls Road, Leatherhead, Surrey located near Leatherhead railway station. It is a relaxed and friendly environment with TV and computer areas and a small garden. The time you need to stay in the Unit varies by study but is usually no more than a few hours and we do not undertake residential studies.

All of our studies are approved by a Local Regional Ethics Committee.

Aim of Study

We recruit participants from our register to a wide range of genuine market research events across the UK on an ongoing basis .

Inclusion Criteria

Must be UK national or long term (8yr+) resident, aged 16 - 100!

Exclusion Criteria

You must NOT have participated in a focus group or any other form of market research within the last 6 months (for this comany or anyone else), OR have been interviewed and selected to do so in the near future .
Mystery shoppers would be excluded in focus research although there are no restrictions on the number of activities that mystery shoppers can participate in .
For those who prefer focus groups to mystery shopping , here is your opportunity .

Aim of Study

Mystery shopping can be called, secret shopping, covert shopping or undercover shopping.

Your job would be to enter a shop posing as a regular customer. You will secretly be assessing the staff, cleanliness and general presentation of the shop. You will then be required to fill in a questionnaire on your experiences afterwards. It's not a bad life getting paid to shop!

Mystery shopping can involve walking into tescos with a hidden camera and filming the staff asking you if you would like some help with your packing. Sounds rediculous but its true.
