FILM AND TV EXTRAS ARE USED TO ADD TO THE REALITY OF VARIOUS PRODUCTIONS
Aim of Study Whilst we realise that it is very unusual to present Film and TV extra work on a medical research web site , we would like to express that this is not an attempt to sell medical research like a Hollywood Showcase .In fact this never gets mentioned in our advertising .It is one thing to have nessesary over-volunteering systems to prevent volunteers participating in simultaneous trials for safety reasons , but its another thing and so much more empathetic and considerate to provide other opportunities during the waiting periods . This also helps lift retention rates .Our aim is to help support volunteers during the waiting periods between medical trials, and to help alleviate the OVER VOLUNTEERING CRISIS . You can participate in these activities at any time . Some volunteers may only volunteer 2 or 3 times as a result of personal preference . These opportunities give you something else to fall back on and increases the BioTrax level of customer satisfaction. Other volunteers may prefer non invasive or non systemic research so this gives you added opportunity and will not effect your chosen research activities. Also a big help for researchers conducting smaller studies and there participation rates (Provides wider social groups) You know,volunteers who turn up with a make up artist, a hair stylist,and 2 poodles demanding a creche facility . Inclusion Criteria Must be UK national or long term (8yr+) resident, aged 16 - 100!

Mystery shoppers would be excluded in focus research although there are no restrictions on the number of activities that mystery shoppers can participate in .
