In Good Health (i.e. no current medical or previous serious medical conditions)

BMI 18 - 32 | | Area |  Belfast, Northern Ireland. | | Duration | How long will I have to stay? The study involves 2 periods of stay in our comfortable Belfast City Centre based clinic (excluding screening procedures). The duration of each stay is just 2 days, see below for the dates of the various groups.

*This is to cover your time and any out of pocket expenses. You should note that any travel expenses incurred, will be met by yourself. The amount shown is for completion of the study.
| | Other Info |  What is the study drug? The study drug is a rectal suppository
Why is the study being carried out? The study is being carried out in volunteers over 65 as the study drug may be prescribed to people in this age group. The study will use ECG’s and blood pressure measurements to look at the effect of the study drug on the heart and compare it with placebo.
What else should I know? To make sure that you are suitable for this study you will have to undergo a thorough medical which includes a digital rectal exam. Details of which will be discussed with you prior to attending the medical.

| | Aim of Study | Mystery shopping can be called, secret shopping, covert shopping or undercover shopping.
BioTrax have found all of the best, reputable companies so that you don't have to worry about the integrity of companies you are dealing with.
Your job would be to enter a shop posing as a regular customer. You will secretly be assessing the staff, cleanliness and general presentation of the shop. You will then be required to fill in a questionnaire on your experiences afterwards. It's not a bad life getting paid to shop!
Mystery shopping can involve walking into tescos with a hidden camera and filming the staff asking you if you would like some help with your packing. Sounds rediculous but its true.
Cinema trailer checks are fun and interesting. Get paid to check up on the trailers being shown at cinemas and you get to watch the movie.
Dining in restaurants, checking the services of tourist attractions.
Mystery shopping activities are many and varied and there is something for everybody.
Its an easy way to make money.

Many volunteers for clinical trials enjoy the flexibility of mystery shopping as do students and housewives. The best part about mystery shopping is you can participate on weekends or night time assignments such as visiting a bar to check up on customer service.
